New bloods in, whole new plan out
Most apps let you log a blood test and then do nothing with it. In Misi, new biomarker results can regenerate your entire plan — training, nutrition and supplements — around what your body just told you.
A blood test is a snapshot of what is actually happening inside you. The waste is logging it and carrying on with the same plan. Misi closes that loop: new results can rebuild your whole programme so it addresses what the numbers reveal.
From results to directives
When you upload new bloods, Misi translates the findings into concrete directives across three areas — training, nutrition and supplements. Elevated LDL with low HDL, for example, becomes "add a zone-2 aerobic base", "cap saturated fat and lift soluble fibre", and "consider plant sterols and omega-3". You see these as plain-English "close the gap" recommendations, not raw numbers.
One button, whole plan
Choose to bake the findings in and Misi regenerates the entire plan with the directives at its core. Training shifts its exercise selection and intensity distribution; macro targets recalculate with the new caps applied; the meal database is re-drawn to favour the right options; and the supplement stack updates.
The stack updates intelligently
Regeneration is not a reset. Misi cross-references the new directives against your current stack: supplements already covering a need are kept, the genuinely useful additions for new findings are added, and the ones serving your existing goals — magnesium for sleep, ashwagandha for stress — are never stripped out. You gain what the bloods call for without losing what was working.
See exactly what changed
Before anything is committed, a plan-diff shows you the before and after, line by line — the cardio session added, the saturated-fat cap tightened, the omega-3 and berberine introduced. Nothing happens behind your back; you approve a plan you understand.
A blood test should change something. Otherwise it is just an expensive number on a screen.
Misi turns your results into plan adjustments, not diagnoses. Significant or abnormal findings should always be reviewed with your doctor.
