Beyond PhenoAge: the longevity panel Misi reads from your bloods

One blood panel contains far more than a cholesterol number. Misi extracts cardiovascular, kidney, metabolic and inflammatory risk signals and forecasts where they are heading.

Most people get a blood test, hear "everything is normal", and file it away. But "within range" is not the same as "optimal", and a single snapshot hides the thing that matters most: the direction of travel.

A panel, not a number

From a standard panel Misi surfaces cardiovascular risk (ASCVD), kidney function (eGFR via CKD-EPI), the insulin axis (HOMA-IR and TyG), and inflammatory and metabolic markers — alongside PhenoAge and your fitness-age trajectory.

Mock-up of the Misi bloodwork panel, showing a grid of individual biomarker cards — such as LDL, HbA1c, glucose, blood pressure, resting heart rate, VO2 max, hs-CRP, vitamin D, HDL, triglycerides, testosterone, albumin, creatinine and more — each with its value and a status badge of Optimal, Normal, Strong, High or not available, scored against age and sex optimal ranges.
How the bloodwork panel appears in the Misi app — every biomarker from your panel as its own card, each scored against optimal ranges for your age and sex rather than just flagged in or out of range. Educational only, not a diagnosis. Illustrative values.

Forecasting the trend

Each marker is tracked over time and projected forward, so you see whether your insulin sensitivity or kidney function is improving or quietly drifting — while there is still time to act.

Habits mapped to markers

Misi links the habits you actually do to the markers they move, so the advice is specific: this change, on this marker, in roughly this timeframe.

A number tells you where you are. A trajectory tells you where you are going. Only one of those is actionable.
